Discover the celebrated Tempe Mission Palms hotel in the heart of vibrant downtown Tempe, AZ that will immerse you in the beautiful desert destination. Situated in the heart of the Mill Avenue district, this hotel is surrounded by over 100 shops, restaurants, and galleries.

The Tempe Mission Palms is a convenient 4-minute walk to the Decision Theater.

Hotel check-in starts at 3:00 pm; check-out is at 12:00 pm. A valid credit card must be presented at check-in and will be authorized for $25 per day to cover incidental charges (movies, room service, etc.).

Travel Policy
Please review the NASPO Travel Policy prior to making travel plans. Allowable travel expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of your expense report.

To ensure maximum participation, the mileage reimbursement cap of 500 miles has been waived for all NASPO-sponsored events through the end of 2020.

NASPO is available to assist with your rental car needs. During the registration process, please indicate that you’d like assistance with renting a vehicle and our travel partner will contact you to make the reservation.

Air and Ground Transportation
The Tempe Mission Palms is located just 4 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

The hotel offers airport transportation from 5:30 am to 10:30 pm running at 30-minute intervals.

When arriving at the Sky Harbor Airport, call the hotel (480) 894-1400 while at baggage claim. A hotel representative will schedule your ride and provide details on where to meet the shuttle and the estimated time of arrival.

When departing the hotel, check the shuttle schedule for departure times and notify the shuttle driver of your ride 5-minutes before departure.
