Guidelines for In-person Events and Meetings

The COVID-19 outbreak in the United States is an evolving situation and our partners and staff are our top priority.

To ensure safe participation in the meeting, the following guidelines will apply to all ASU event spaces, hotel public spaces, and offsite venues:

  • Face coverings are required during the event at all times for those who participate in-person. This includes during the Welcome Reception and dinners unless actively eating.
  • Social distancing (6+ feet of physical distancing) should be maintained as much as possible, including when individuals are arriving for or leaving from an event.

Personal protective equipment including masks, hand sanitizer and gloves will be provided to in-person attendees.
